Money-Back Policy

Updated and Effective as of June 24, 2026

This Money-Back Policy applies to subscriptions and digital services purchased directly on our website. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service and Billing Terms. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' refund policies.

1. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription and avoid future billing:

  • Go to https://app.mycolorseasons.com/settings and follow the instructions in your account settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
  • You may submit a cancellation request up to 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle or trial period.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see Section 2).

2. Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following are met:

  • You purchased the subscription directly on our website;
  • You contact us within 28 days of the original purchase date and before the end of your first billing cycle;
  • The request is due to technical issues with the service (e.g., you were charged after proper cancellation) or other qualifying reasons we accept at our discretion;
  • You provide all required information (see Section 3).

Proof of use may be requested. We reserve the right to require evidence of genuine use (e.g., screenshots) before approving any refund.

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Purchases via App Store, Google Play, or third-party platforms;
  • Subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles;
  • Requests based on personal preference ("I didn't like it"), change of mind, or financial reasons;
  • Cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks already in progress, or violation of our Terms;
  • Digital content or features you have already accessed/used.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include:

  • Your full name and account email;
  • Payment method used (e.g., card, PayPal);
  • Date of purchase and transaction/reference number;
  • Receipt or payment confirmation;
  • Reason for the refund request;
  • Any other information we reasonably request.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time (usually 5–10 business days). Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 30 days.

4. Statutory Rights (Important Legal Notes)

EU / EEA / Switzerland Residents

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by purchasing digital services or content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance/download of the service. You acknowledge that this causes you to lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.

If you withdraw during the period and we have already begun performance with your consent, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion (if applicable).

HEREBY YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE SERVICE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU.

UK Residents

You have a similar 14-day statutory withdrawal right on the same terms as EU residents above.

Brazil Residents

You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the terms above.

Certain US States

Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel before midnight of the third business day after purchase for a full refund, as required by state law.

General Statement

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where local law provides stronger rights, those will prevail. In all other cases, fees are non-refundable.

We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis for customer satisfaction reasons.

5. General Provisions

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs.
  • Governing Law: the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
